Drainage Guarantee
New Porous Pavement (Maintained from Day 1)
If your porous pavement is brand new and Porous Pro is hired from the start, we will guarantee drainage performance when you enroll in one of the following maintenance programs:
- Biannual Maintenance (2 services per year), or
- Quarterly Maintenance (4 services per year).
If drainage performance declines during the active program due to surface clogging, we will return and address it in accordance with the maintenance plan.
Previously Unmaintained Pavement
(2+ Years Without Vacuum Maintenance)
If the porous pavement is 2 years or older and has had little to no maintenance, full restoration may not be achievable in one season. In these cases we cannot guarantee complete drainage recovery.
What we do guarantee:
- We will slow our vacuum cleaning process to maximize extraction of embedded sediment.
- We will evaluate performance after service and provide a straightforward recommendation.
- If the surface is heavily clogged, it may take an additional third cleaning in a year to clear and restore flow.
When Replacement May Be Required
If porous pavement has been neglected for an extended period, sediment can become locked into the surface and/or base layers. In severe cases, vacuum cleaning may improve conditions but full drainage recovery may not be possible. When that happens, the porous pavement may need to be removed and replaced to restore function
